Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrainFit application ("App") provided by Bitnara ("Company"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

BrainFit is a brain training RPG app that provides:

• 17 brain training mini-games (3 areas: Memory, Focus, Logic)
• BQ (Brain Quotient) measurement and tracking
• Planet evolution and customization
• Daily missions, attendance rewards, survival mode
• Social features: Galaxy (guild), friends, rankings
• Gacha system and virtual currencies (meteor fragments, draw tickets)
• Training plans and weekly reports
• Achievement system
• Local notifications and in-app feedback

2. Eligibility

This app is available to users of all ages. However, in-app purchases may only be made by payment method owners or with their consent.

3. Account

An account is required for social features (Galaxy, rankings, etc.). Basic games and offline features can be used without an account. Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

4.1 Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are available on monthly or annual basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscription prices may change with prior notice.

4.2 Virtual Currencies

• Meteor fragments and draw tickets can only be used within the app.
• Virtual currencies cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Gacha results are probability-based and specific items are not guaranteed.

4.3 Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Refunds follow each store's refund policy.

4.4 Managing Subscriptions

• Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

5. Game Usage Rules

• Free users are limited to 3 plays per day (7 for new users within the first week), with additional plays available by watching rewarded ads. Survival mode is Pro-only.
• BQ (Brain Quotient) is calculated automatically based on game performance. Intentional manipulation is prohibited.
• Inappropriate nicknames, profanity, and harassment of other users are prohibited in social features.
• Accounts may be restricted if cheating through bugs, hacks, or automation tools is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

• The app's source code, design, icons, game content, and trademarks belong to the Company.
• Users retain rights to their game data (BQ, progress, etc.).
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of app content is prohibited.

7. User Obligations

Users shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Manipulate game results, use hacks, or employ automation tools
• Attempt to bypass app security features
• Make excessive requests or attacks against servers
• Use another user's account without authorization

8. Disclaimer

• The app is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• BQ Brain Quotient is an in-game metric, not a medical diagnosis, and does not replace medical advice.
• Gacha results are probability-based and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
• The Company is not liable for data loss on user devices. Please use cloud backup for important data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the App in the preceding 12 months.

10. Service Changes & Termination

• The Company may modify or discontinue app features with prior notice.
• Users will be notified at least 30 days before service termination via in-app notice or email.
• Pro-rated refunds will be provided for active paid subscriptions upon service termination.
• Refunds for unused virtual currencies will follow applicable laws.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms. Changes will be notified through in-app notices or this page. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the App.
