Delete Account

Permanently delete your BrainFit account and associated data.

Account deletion is irreversible. Please review the following before proceeding.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Account information (user ID, nickname, profile)
All game records and BQ Brain Quotient
Planet evolution state and decoration items
Galaxy (guild) membership and social data
Held currencies (meteor fragments, draw tickets, limited draw tickets, orbit shields)
Cloud backup data
Rankings records
Achievement records
Survival mode records
Training plan and session records
Weekly reports
Daily missions and attendance records
Elo ratings

Data That Will NOT Be Deleted

Google Play or Apple payment/subscription records (managed by each store)
Previously processed anonymous analytics data

How to Delete

Delete in App

Open the BrainFit app.
Go to Profile tab → Settings.
Select "Delete Account".
Read the confirmation and proceed with deletion.

Request via Email

If in-app deletion is not possible, please request via email.

Please include your user ID or email registered in the app for identity verification. Requests are processed within 3 business days.

Cancel Subscription First

Please cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.

Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
